BAYOU ON THE ROOFTOP

This dinner for 16 was a fundraiser for the Isla Urbana charity, and featured a 5 course menu inspired by New Orleans, including Shrimp & Grits, Gumbo, and Grilled Cajun Ribeye. Starting with wine, appetizers, and live music on the roof, guests then moved downstairs for the full seated meal, along with a brief presentation about the charity.

Chef Steven did an outstanding job for our fundraising dinner. Every detail was carefully thought of. The food, hospitality, atmosphere and energy were absolutely perfect! I look forward to hiring him again.
