After spending 20 years in the financial industry, Chef Steven decided to pursue his lifelong passion and attend culinary school. Born and raised in the Deep South, he has spent his life cooking and catering as a side business.
He spent 2 years backpacking (and eating!) around the world, visiting over 50 countries and taking cooking lessons ranging from Korean to French and Argentinian to Japanese.
